Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Salary: $82,000 – $87,000/year
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days!

We’re currently looking for a state of MI licensed Physical Therapist who is ambitious, compassionate, and ready to grow their career with us. Whether you’re a new grad looking for mentorship or an experienced PT ready for your next chapter, we’d love to meet you!

- Competitive Salary: $82,000–$87,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized PT treatment programs
- Help patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life
- Track progress and adjust care plans based on patient response
- Educate patients on home exercise and self-management techniques
- Collaborate with PTAs and the clinical team for integrated care
- Accurately document treatments using Prompt EMR
- Maintain professional and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Licensed PT in the State of Michigan
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about patient care, learning, and growth
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Interested in advanced treatment techniques (McKenzie, Red Cord, Dry Needling)
